UptimeGuard

Plans & Billing

Manage your subscription, understand plan limits, and view invoices.

Plans

UptimeGuard offers multiple plans to fit teams of all sizes. Plans are configured by the platform and differ in:

  • Number of monitors — how many monitors you can create.
  • Check interval — minimum time between checks (e.g. 30s, 1m, 5m).
  • Team seats — maximum number of team members.
  • Status pages — number of status pages allowed.
  • Alert channels — number of alert channels allowed.

The free plan is always available with generous limits to get started.

Upgrading your plan

  1. Go to Settings > Billing.
  2. Compare available plans and click Upgrade on your desired plan.
  3. Complete the checkout through Stripe or Razorpay.
  4. Your plan limits are applied immediately after payment.

Payment methods

UptimeGuard supports two payment gateways:

  • Stripe — credit/debit cards, available globally.
  • Razorpay — UPI, cards, net banking, available in India.

Subscription management

From the Billing tab you can:

  • View your current plan and usage
  • Upgrade or downgrade plans
  • Cancel your subscription (keeps access until the end of the billing period)
  • Manage payment methods through the billing portal

Invoices

An invoice is generated for every payment. View your invoice history in Settings > Billing, including invoice number, amount, payment date, and billing period.

Plan enforcement

When you reach a plan limit (e.g. maximum monitors), you will not be able to create additional resources until you upgrade. Existing resources continue to work normally.

Grace period

If a payment fails, your subscription enters a grace period. During this time, all features remain active while we retry the payment. If the payment is not resolved, your account is downgraded to the free plan.
