Status Pages
Create beautiful, branded status pages to keep your users informed about service availability.
Creating a status page
- Go to Status Pages in the sidebar and click Create Status Page.
- Enter a name and choose a unique slug (e.g.
status.yourcompany.com). - Add monitor groups — organize monitors into logical groups (e.g. "API Services", "Web App").
- Customize branding (logo, brand color, custom CSS).
- Set visibility and publish.
Visibility options
| Visibility | Description |
|---|---|
| Public | Anyone with the link can view the status page. |
| Password Protected | Visitors must enter a password to view. |
| Private | Only authenticated team members can view. |
Monitor groups
Organize monitors into groups displayed on the status page. Each group shows the status of its monitors with 90-day uptime history. You can reorder groups and monitors using drag-and-drop.
Branding
- Logo — upload your company logo.
- Brand Color — used for the header and accents.
- Custom CSS — inject custom styles for complete control.
- Custom Footer — add HTML footer content.
- Google Analytics — add a GA tracking ID.
Custom domains
Point your own domain (e.g. status.yourcompany.com) to your UptimeGuard status page using a CNAME record.
Maintenance windows
Schedule maintenance windows to let your users know about planned downtime. Maintenance windows appear on the status page with the scheduled time and affected monitors.
